Privacy

This is my personal portfolio, so there isn't much to cover here. I'm not selling anything or building a mailing list. Here's the short version of what happens with your info when you visit.

If you message me

If you use the contact form to message me, I'll get your name, email and whatever you write. I use it to reply to you and nothing else. I won't pass it on or add you to any list. The form runs through a service called Web3Forms that just drops your message into my inbox.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, their servers see basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address and browser, so they can deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. That's covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy, and I don't use it to identify anyone.

Cookies and embedded videos

The site itself doesn't use cookies or track you. The showreel on the home page is a YouTube video that starts playing when the page opens, so YouTube loads whenever you visit the home page. It's set to YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, but YouTube still sees your IP address and may store some data in your browser.

Some project pages also show videos from YouTube or Vimeo, or 3D models from Sketchfab. Even the preview image for one of those comes from that service, so it sees your IP address too. Each of them handles that under its own privacy policy rather than mine.

Using my work

Everything on this site is my own work and protected by copyright, unless a project says otherwise. You're very welcome to share links to it. Please don't download, repost, edit, sell or add any of it to a dataset without asking me first.

Questions

Got a question, want to ask about using my work, or want me to delete a message you sent? Just reach out through the contact page.
